Refund Policy

Single sessions
Payment is made in cash at the time of service, so no advance payment is collected and no refund is required for a cancelled booking.
Cancellations
Cancel or reschedule at least 4 hours before your slot at no charge. Repeated late cancellations of home visits may attract a travel charge.
Package refunds
For the Weekly (7 sessions) and Wellness (15 sessions) packages, unused sessions are refundable on a pro-rata basis after deducting the standard per-session rate for sessions already completed.
Medical reasons
If treatment must stop for a medical reason, the remaining package balance is refunded in full or held as credit, at your preference.
