When you book an appointment we collect your name, mobile number, optional email, age, gender, address (for home visits), your primary complaint, preferred date and time, medical history you choose to share, and any reports you upload.
How we use your information
Your details are used solely to confirm and deliver your physiotherapy care, send appointment reminders by SMS, WhatsApp and email, and maintain your clinical record.
Medical reports
Uploaded X-rays, MRI, CT scans, blood reports and referral letters are stored securely and are accessible only to your treating physiotherapist.
Sharing
We never sell your data. Information is shared only where clinically necessary or where required by law.
Retention & your rights
Clinical records are retained as required for continuity of care. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting the clinic.
